Beginning in the early 1970's Dean LeCrone came up with a brilliant idea of starting his own multimedia company called Slam Bang Media. Little did he know that in the bus parked right next door Allen Freeman was also starting up a multimedia company called Slam Bang Media. After years of feuding and court battles....
They joined forces (due to court orders) and formed one mega corp, though retaining their individuality.
